Resumen
Given the current situation in a globalized world which has been the creation of interstate integration figures as the European Union, member countries have seen the need to adapt their systems, especially their partnership law, to allow the integration of their companies in the international level. In this way, countries have made several attempts at modernization, modification, and flexibilization of they corporate law, which has been achieved through deregulation and by the definition of new forms of partnerships, the latter as in the case of countries like France, England and Italy. In this paper we study the characteristics of the French simplified joint stock company as a good example of flexibilization of the law and then analyze the feasibility of including a figure with similar properties in the Spanish legal system.
