Ingeniería en comunicación social de los colectivos sociales : Apunte de un modelo de acción en comunicación social estratégica la experiencia del Comunitlán, colectivo de colectivos sociales.

Abstract

The text consists of five parts and a bibliographical note. The first part consists of a general presentation of the project Comunitlán, a civil initiative for mediation in the organization and interaction of social groups in urban and suburban area of the city of Puebla, in Mexico. The second part presents a brief history of Comunitlán, collective group of Social Communication Engineering, since its emergence in 2013 until 2015. The third part presents a synthetic point of perspective Comunitlán work, and the Communicology and Social Communication engineering, as a point of general framework of constructive guidance possible action and community interaction. The fourth part presents a synthesis of constructive program of Comunitlán for managing the complexity of the interaction of the poblano social groups among themselves, within themselves and with social ecology in which they operate, from the perspective of the Communicology and Engineering in Social Communication. The fifth part presents a sketch of the program in Strategic Communication for the management, development and articulation of social groups in Puebla locally, and Mexico nationally.
