The research project was framed in the analysis of swimming and the development of psychomotor skills of the boys and girls of Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Puerto Colombia, within it, the issue was considered from a deep analysis of the causes and effects of the problem the poor development of psychomotricity, and its possible consequences of not being intervened in time, after which additional questions were asked that directed the setting of the objectives, the same ones that led the entire study process. In the process of founding the scientific categories that support all the theoretical background on the subject, libraries and repositories of various universities were reviewed, and legal codes were also used. The same hypothesis was raised that sought to be tested throughout the study. A quantitative and qualitative investigative approach was followed, basing the methodology on the field and bibliographic modality, where books, texts, web pages and other sources were used to extract the opinions of experts on the subject, reaching the same site of the events to have direct contact with the population through the use of investigative tools. All the results obtained in the field investigation were tabulated and plotted using statistical investigation for this process. The conclusions reached at the end of the investigation are found, from which the existing need arose in the Sacred Heart School about the lack of a resource where swimming is used to achieve the development of psychomotor skills, proceeding to develop a guide visual of swimming exercises aimed at the psychomotricity of preschool and elementary school children, which seeks to mitigate the socio-educational problem of the educational community of the Sacred Heart.
