Resumen
This presentation realizes a comprehensive study of the social action called “cacerolazo”. It is a question of a community manifestation that it corresponds to the experience lived concerning the increase of the delinquency and the civil vulnerability in the citizenship of the current Chile. The “cacerolazo” is postulated as a semiotics practice to understand the dynamics of production of sense and strategic significance in the frame of the relations of co-construction that the New Strategic Theory (NTE) raises from the concept of homo relatio, which explains social cohesion as a phenomenon of construction of social relations in contemporary Latin American societies. It is a question of a methodological offer from the SemioEstrategic of the Communication that it links the NTE and the semiotic of the discourse.
