The following paper comes from the conceptual recognition of the need to analyze evaluation processes within the appropriation of knowledge, from the building of messages on the management of applications designed in the new information and communications technologies, from the look of the research process called “A study on the application of traditional means in the academic process of higher education students”, a thesis being worked in order to get a PHD in Human Sciences at The San Buenaventura University. All the elements dealt with in this document promote a reflection on the design and evaluation of skills within a real context, searching to get closer to the reality of the productivity of a country and no longer go on working from a limited vision and a biased social structure.
