De la teoría a la práctica : ¿Es posible aplicar los postulados de la Nueva Teoría Estratégica a la Nueva Estrategia Nacional contra el trabajo infantil 2015-2025 de Chile?

Abstract

This paper arises from an exhibition in the XII Iberoamerican Forum on Communication Strategies (FISEC), specifically in the panel of “good practices and/or experiences with NSE aproach” held in Bogotá, Colombia 2015. This work aims to review the seven principles of the NSE and determine their applicability in the practice, specifically, through the New National Strategy for the Prevention and Eradication of Child Labour and Protection of Young Workers 2015-2025, of Chile. This exercise has established that both are intimately linked and shared assumptions of human beings and their social environment that make them compatible and complementary. While this work is a preliminary exercise, it is possible to observe if the NSE is fully applied in the structure of the new National Strategy, this could be a key tool to reduce social tolerance towards child labor in Chile.
